How to use:

• Plug the SIM card into your phone
• Turn on “Cellular Data” and “Data Roaming” setting of your phone
• Please read the instruction on the package for more details

Note:

• Mobile Hotspot: this feature is available, but the device configuration may affect .
• Data usage only, no calling.
• Top-up is unavailable.

In the case, you have inserted the sim and turned on Cellular Data, but it could not connect. Please follow the instructions below:

• IOS: 

1. Settings -> Cellular -> Turn on Cellular Data -> Cellular Data Option -> Cellular Data Network -> Fill out APN “three.co.uk”
2. Save
3. Restart your device

•  Android: 

1. Settings -> Connection -> Mobile Network -> Access Point Names -> Add
   

   ---

   Name:Three
   APN:three.co.uk
   

   ---

2. Save and choose the new access point with name “three”
3. Turn on Cellular Data and Data Roaming
4. Restart the device.
