Travel/Pocket WiFi is a small router that allows you to connect mobile data to use internet anywhere you go in more than 100 countries that Weefee have partnered with the local network providers.

Weefee offer our pocket WiFi for customers to rent before they travel abroad and enjoy unlimited internet connection. There is no need to switch sim cards or register with any carrier or vendor. Just carry our WiFi router with you and enjoy unlimited data on the go.

It is dependent on the policy of each mobile provider in different countries. Some countries do not limit the data & speed of the package and there also countries that limit the speed of the package when you reach the limit. The policy of each package is listed in detail on the product page, here.

When you use the pocket WiFi rental service of Weefee, you are guaranteed to be able to use the services. In the unlikely scenario that you are having troubles while using the WiFi, connect with the public access WiFi such as in airport, hotel or restaurant and contact us via our hotline on Zalo, viber or whatsapp. Our technical support staff will help you troubleshoot the problem. Besides that, we have also attached a troubleshooting guide in the WiFi package, you can try to troubleshoot yourself first, if it fails, we will support you.

 

It is absolutely easy to use! You just need to click on the power button to turn it on, open your WiFi network on your phone and connect. The ID and password of the WiFi is stuck on the back of the device!

The battery life and the connected range is dependent on different devices that you rent from Weefee. The average battery life is around 5 - 10 hours. Specifically, you can learn more at our product page. Average connected range is 10 meters.

You can return the WiFi in person to our Hanoi or HCMC office or if you are too busy, Weefee can collect your device 1 day after you have returned to Vietnam. For example, if you are back to Vietnam on Monday, our staff will contact you on Tuesday and let you choose how to return the device. You can either return it directly at our office or let our delivery courier pick it up for you at your house or office.
When you return the device directly at Weefee's office, you will receive your direct deposit back. In case you return the device via shipping method, Weefee will transfer the deposit cost via your bank account 1-3 days after you return the device.
If the device is returned 2 days after the agreed date, Weefee will charge an extra fee into the deposit with the respective daily rate of the rental package. Any damage upon inspection to the device or accessories, the fee will be charged accordingly:
  • Router: 3.000.000 VND
  • Adapter: 200.000 VND
  • Cable: 100.000 VND
  • Pouch: 200.000 VND
If you were unable to use the WiFi after reaching out to Weefee and it is the fault of the company. Weefee will return 80% of the rental fee of the days you were unable to use the device. The compensated rental days will be determined by our system & investigation with the customer.
